Revitalization of the Hydraulic Systems 

Modernisierung des To'palang-Damms und des Wasserkraftwerks

Wir sind stolz, bekannt geben zu können, dass wir gemeinsam mit unserem Partner PPT inženjering am Großprojekt zur Revitalisierung der Regelklappen am Staudamm des Tupalang-Stausees im Bezirk Saryasi der Region Surkhandarya in Usbekistan teilnehmen werden.

Die Modernisierung des Tupalang-Staudamms und des Wasserkraftwerks zielte auf eine erhebliche Kapazitätssteigerung von 30 Megawatt auf beeindruckende 145 Megawatt. Darüber hinaus sollte die Kapazität von 380 Millionen auf 500 Millionen Kubikmeter erweitert werden.

Wir werden an dem Projekt als Auftragnehmer für Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung teilnehmen.

Rekonstruktion der Schiffsschleuse Đerdap II

Wir sind stolz, bekannt geben zu können, dass wir nach fast zwei Jahren Vorbereitung und Planung für die Umbauarbeiten an der Schiffsschleuse Đerdap II bereit sind.

Die Demontage der elektromechanischen Ausrüstung wurde erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Die Demontagearbeiten dauerten 60 Tage.

Nach Abschluss der Demontage ist der nächste Schritt die Installation neuer elektromechanischer Ausrüstung für die Schiffsschleuse.

Entwicklung des Bewässerungssystems Sivac Jug

PROJEKT

Das zu errichtende System besteht aus einer Pumpstation mit Wassereinlass. Die Pumpstation verfügt über vier Pumpen mit einer Gesamtkapazität von 3.600 m³/h und ist über zwei DN800-Einlassrohre mit dem Einlass verbunden. Eine unabhängige elektrische Anlage wird einen 1.250-kVA-Transformator und die dazugehörige Niederspannungs- und Hochspannungsausrüstung beherbergen. Zur Verbindung der Anlage mit dem Stromverteilungssystem wird eine neue 20-kV-Kabelverbindung hergestellt.

Zur Wasserversorgung der Bewässerungsmaschinen sind 27 km Rohrleitungen aus Polyethylen hoher Dichte (HDPE) mit einem Durchmesser von Φ90 Φ630 geplant. Die Rohrleitungen umfassen drei für die lineare Bewässerung und drei für Center Pivots. Zwölf Bewässerungskanäle mit einer Gesamtlänge von 12,85 km erhalten Wasser von der Pumpstation über Niederdruckleitungen, wobei jeder Kanal mit Betonabsetzstrukturen ausgestattet ist.

Die Bewässerungsausrüstung umfasst 20 Geräte für Rotationsbewegungen (Center Pivots) und 13 Weitspanngeräte mit linearer Bewegung (Linears). Diese Geräte werden eine bewässerte Gesamtfläche von 1.191 Hektar abdecken.

UNSERE LEISTUNGEN:

Wir beteiligen uns an dem Projekt als Auftragnehmer für Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung. Wir kümmern uns um Folgendes:

  • Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der elektrischen Ausrüstung für die Pumpstation
  • Entwicklung von Anwendungssoftware für SPS und Bedienfeld
  • Prüfung der Ausrüstung und Anpassung an die Bewässerungstechnologie
  • Lieferung, Installation und Anpassung von Mess- und Steuergeräten sowie zusätzlichen Kompensationsgeräten
  • Bedienerschulung für den Betrieb und die Verwaltung der Pumpstation

Responsibilities

Depending on the type of project, responsibilities can be:

  • Creation of project documentation
  • Develop the technical solution for the project in collaboration with the Technical Director and department managers
  • Communicate with investors and supervisory authorities regarding the facility
  • Creation of packing lists for delivery
  • PLC & SCADA software development
  • Monitor equipment production in the workshop
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
  • Conduct Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
  • Independent design of automation systems
  • Processing the technical part of offers in the field of your specialty
  • Filling in the construction diary
  • Propose and develop innovative technical solutions within the area of expertise
  • Management of installation, testing and commissioning of equipment at the facility
  • Creation of the commercial situation during the duration of the project and after the end of the project
  • Performing other professional tasks in accordance with the reference documents of the quality system

Basic Criteria:

  • Degree in electrical engineering, with a major in automation
  • Minimum of five years of experience in similar or related positions
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  • PLC & SCADA programming
  • Practical field experience
  • Successful completion of the professional exam and possession of licence from Serbian Chamber of Engineering
  • Strong desire for professional growth and continuous improvement

PROJEKT

Im Werk Xella Vreoci war der Umbau der vorhandenen Trennmaschine für die Blöcke geplant. Der Umbau umfasste den Austausch des Hauptmotors, des Frequenzumrichters und der zusätzlichen mechanischen und elektrischen Ausrüstung. Außerdem wurde die Steuerungssoftware für die SPS und das HMI-Panel entsprechend diesen Änderungen aktualisiert.
