Unlike traditional buildings, our E-Houses arrive fully equipped, factory-tested, and prepared for immediate commissioning once positioned on site. They are designed to seamlessly accommodate a wide range of electrical equipment, including:

Since our E-Houses, including the container units themselves, are engineered, manufactured, and equipped entirely in-house, we maintain complete control over the entire process. Each unit is manufactured as a self-contained electrical room inside a prefabricated steel structure, designed for outdoor installation & harsh industrial conditions.

ICCE manages the entire lifecycle in-house, from custom layout design to final testing. We integrate and pre-test all MV/LV switchgears (up to 35kV), automation, and auxiliary systems before deployment, ensuring a “plug-and-play” installation on-site.
Our manufacturing flexibility enables tailor-made configurations, including custom steel panel supports and integrated Canalis busbar systems, tailored to your specific power requirements.

We integrate safety features into the chassis of every unit. Our E-House is designed to protect both the equipment and the personnel operating it:
- Arc Protection: Engineered with arc relief for MV sections to mitigate internal blast risks.
- Detection & Suppression: Multi-sensor systems (smoke, gas, heat) with automated fire suppression .
- Fire Resistance: Structural integrity up to EI-90 with fire-proofed steel/aluminum doors and panic handles.
- Hazardous Areas: Custom designs compliant with ExP requirements for explosive atmospheres.
Our E-Houses are weather-proof, corrosion-resistant, and manufactured for industrial conditions. Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel, all our solutions are finished with a protective coating up to the C5M level, which makes them an ideal solution for harsh environments:
- Corrosion Protection: Coatings ranging from C1 up to C5M (Marine) for extreme salt-spray environments.
- Spill Containment: Integrated Tankvane for oil-type transformers to ensure 100% environmental protection.
- Climate Management: Industrial HVAC systems with pressurization for active dust suppression and optimal cooling.
- Global Standards Compliance: IEC, GOST, UL, and Ex.
